Job Summary
As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the store operates smoothly and efficiently, hiring, training, and supervising staff, scheduling shifts, and implementing operational processes to attract and retain guests. Responsibilities include coaching employees, planning and executing sales and promotions, maintaining point of sale information, and overseeing inventory management. Candidates should have three years of retail management experience, sales expertise, and a Bachelor's degree in management or a related field.
Required Qualifications
- Three years of previous retail management (Manager or Assistant Manager) is preferred
- Previous sales experience with a proven ability to meet or exceed performance standards
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
