Job Summary
Store Assistant role supporting customer experiences in a retail environment. Responsibilities include delivering authentic customer service to help customers select footwear and apparel, achieving sales targets, educating customers on products, building rapport, maintaining store standards (merchandising, deliveries, stock replenishment), assisting with cash handling and security procedures, supporting loss prevention, and leveraging upcoming collection launches to drive customer loyalty. Requires a flexible schedule including weekends/holidays; prior retail experience is preferred but not required; strong communication, enthusiasm for the brands, and the ability to work well under pressure are valued.
