Job Summary
Conduct authentic customer service to ensure an exceptional in-store experience, including helping customers select shoes, styling outfits, and building lasting relationships. Achieve sales targets and performance metrics while educating shoppers on products and discussing upcoming collection launches. Maintain store standards across front and back areas, managing visual merchandising, deliveries, stock replenishment, and loss prevention. Handle cash management, adhere to health and safety procedures, and ensure stock accuracy. Work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays in a fast-paced retail environment.
Required Qualifications
- Flexible schedule and availability to work weekends and holidays
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Retail sales experience is preferred, but not required
