Job Summary
Execute the 5 Steps of Service to deliver a premium, individualized fan experience through elevated try-on rituals and personalized product education. Maintain premium visual standards and accurate inventory management while supporting daily operational tasks with meticulous attention to detail. Resolve guest hesitations and ensure a seamless shopping journey by demonstrating high-level service excellence and authenticity. Collaborate with the team to start and finish every shift together, ensuring clear communication and adherence to standard operating procedures. Work night shifts, weekends, and some holidays as part of the Retail team's global positioning.
Required Qualifications
