Store Administrator & Inventory Control

Job Summary
Manage inventory records, create product updates, and resolve stock discrepancies between Lightspeed and Oracle systems. Process receiving, execute stock counts, and generate aging reports to optimize stock flow. Accurately record supplier invoices, load and approve payments in Oracle, and track outstanding debtor transactions. Conduct sales and margin analysis, process daily cash-ups, and maintain organized storage areas. Assist with sales on the shop floor, support customer relationship initiatives, and contribute to continuous process improvements. Work in a fast-paced retail environment at Specialized Bicycle Components South Africa in Stellenbosch.
Required Qualifications
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Proficiency in Excel and retail systems (Oracle, HubTiger)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Team-oriented mindset with proactive and creative thinking
Desired Qualifications
- Leadership experience in retail or inventory management
- Background in the cycling industry or consumer products
- Previous retail store experience
