Job Summary
Store Manager responsible for directing 2+ full-time employees, recruiting and training staff, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining store image and safety standards. Manages scheduling, merchandising, cash handling, and compliance with company policies. Oversees performance appraisals in Workday, training programs, and safety procedures (ServSafe/food safety). Builds strong supplier relationships, resolves customer complaints promptly, and ensures accurate reporting of sales and inventory. Requires ability to work ~50 hours/week, supervise staff, and communicate effectively in English. Circle K store operations in Carnegie, PA with a strong emphasis on leadership, accountability, and maintaining store standards.
Required Qualifications

- 1-2 years retail experience
