Job Summary
Store Manager role overseeing Circle K Store 2743691 in Gibsonia, PA. Directly supervises 2+ full-time employees (including Assistant Manager, Lead CSR, CSR), recruits, hires and trains staff, schedules to maximize customer service, ensures store meets Company standards, maintains stock and store appearance, handles customer service and complaint resolution, conducts required training and safety procedures, and manages communications with district leadership. Responsible for merchandising, inventory/ cash handling, budgeting, P&L awareness, and ensuring compliance with safety and employment posters. Requires high school diploma or equivalent plus 1–2 years retail experience, strong leadership and coaching, ability to operate a cash register/computer, and a valid driver’s license. Hiring range: $19.00–$32.00 per hour (annualized to $39,520–$66,560). Circle K is an equal opportunity employer and may require relevant certifications such as ServSafe/food safety where applicable. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1 to 2 years of retail work experience or equivalent
- Ability to supervise and train staff
- Ability to use computer and analyze reports
- Valid driver’s license and dependable transportation
- Ability to work 50 hours per week
- English communication skills (oral and written)
- Food Server certificate and Food Safety Management certification may be required
