Job Summary
Storage Support System Administrator II/III providing sustainment for enterprise and HPC storage environments across two locations. Responsibilities include implementation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of IT systems; day-to-day operations, monitoring, and incident response for storage environments; managing and sustaining enterprise and HPC storage systems; providing Tier 1 and Tier 2 support; escalation and communication with Government and internal stakeholders; dispatch support for hardware issues; optimizing performance and capacity planning; detailed troubleshooting and root cause analysis; documenting configurations, procedures, and sustainment activities; adherence to ticketing and change management procedures; maintaining accurate system documentation and records.
Required Qualifications
- Active TS/SCI clearance with Full Scope Polygraph (most recent poly within the last 7 years)
- DoD 8570 IAT II certification
- Experience administering Linux-, Unix-, or Windows-based systems
- Experience supporting enterprise or HPC storage environments
- Strong troubleshooting and documentation skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to support mission-critical systems in a 24/7 operational environment (as required)
- Ability to collaborate with Government and contractor personnel
- Education: B.S in technical discipline
