Job Summary
Storage Specialists at Storage Post are responsible for providing excellent customer service by being the friendly point of contact for prospective and current customers. They ensure the facility is warm and welcoming, handle the opening and closing duties, connect with customers through various communications, conduct tours, and maintain cleanliness of the property. A high school diploma or GED and 1-3 years of retail experience with a focus on customer service are required. Candidates should possess strong communication skills, work flexibly, and a passion for serving others.
