Job Summary
Lead facility operations and customer experience by driving sales conversions, managing daily bank deposits, and overseeing accounts receivable. Greet customers, resolve concerns, and maintain accurate records while conducting regular inspections and coordinating repairs for curb appeal and preventative maintenance. Supervise on-site staff, develop new operational workflows, and promote the brand within the local community. Work Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM with two days off per week. This full-time role offers health, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, three weeks of PTO, and profit sharing.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma/GED or equivalent
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree
- Minimum of three years of experience in a customer-facing leadership role, direct sales, retail management, or facility operations
- A positive attitude
- Strong integrity
- The ability to adapt to new challenges and lead a team effectively
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Windows environments
- A valid driver's license
- Willingness to travel to different sites as needed for operational oversight
- Proven ability to work effectively with minimal supervision
