Job Summary
Achieve sales and revenue goals through direct customer engagement and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain clients. Deliver exceptional service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and serving as a professional representative of the property. Monitor and optimize revenue by adjusting pricing, promotions, and occupancy strategies while managing daily administrative tasks including payments, invoices, and financial reporting. Ensure the facility remains clean, secure, and well-maintained by conducting regular inspections, coordinating contractor repairs, and performing minor upkeep tasks. Foster a positive work environment while adhering to company policies and procedures. This role requires proficiency in Microsoft Office, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently. Candidates must be willing to work Saturdays, handle occasional overtime, and adapt to extended hours or additional shifts as needed.
Required Qualifications
- High-school diploma or GED
- Proficiency in sales techniques
- Proficiency in revenue growth
- Proficiency in administrative tasks
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal direct supervision
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to work under pressure
