Job Summary
Storage / Infrastructure Specialist responsible for analyzing Storage-, SAN- and server environments, and handling incidents; ensuring operational stability and high availability of infrastructures including Change-, Problem- and Incident-management; supports monitoring, performance analyses and capacity management for performant, future-proof systems; operates and maintains storage and server infrastructures and performs updates and structured configuration changes; takes on backlog tasks and supports workshops, technical planning and requirements analysis.
Required Qualifications
- abgeschlossene Studium der Informatik oder vergleichbare Richtung oder Ausbildung
- technische Grundlagen Storage- und Serveradministration (Linux/Windows)
- Erfahrung im Umgang mit SAN-Technologien; Grundkonzepte Fibre Channel, Multipathing und LUN-Handling
- Verständnis für virtualisierte Umgebungen, insbesondere Virtualisierung auf x86-Servern
- Kenntnisse grundlegender ITIL-Prozesse (Incident, Change, Problem)
- Deutsch fließend
