Job Summary
Deliver excellent customer interactions in-person and over the phone to meet tenant needs while showing and renting units based on their requirements. Generate sales and maintain high occupancy through effective advertising, actively selling merchandise, insurance, and moving trucks. Manage daily operations including collections, deposits, and customer calls, while assisting with auction preparations and tenant communications. Maintain the facility's curb appeal by ensuring it is clean, safe, and secure, and perform minor maintenance duties such as walking the property, weeding, and operating power tools. 2-4 years of experience in a customer-facing environment with direct P&L involvement required. High School diploma or GED, proficiency in Microsoft products, and ability to lift 50lbs necessary. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation needed. Availability for travel and flexibility to work at various locations required. Competitive pay range of $19.00 - $22.00 per hour with bonus opportunities.
Required Qualifications
- 2 - 4 years of relevant work experience in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment, with direct involvement in profit-and-loss management (unless recently graduated with a bachelor's degree)
- High School diploma or GED
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both in person and over the phone
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- Must be technically savvy with the ability to learn new applications and Point of Sale systems
- Proficiency in Microsoft products such as Outlook
- Must be physically able to perform routine maintenance duties daily such as walking the property to assess areas of need, maintaining cleanliness of bathrooms, office and hallways, weeding, operating power tools, changing light bulbs and other maintenance related duties
- Must be able to lift 50lbs
- Possession of a valid driver's license, insurance, and reliable transportation
- Availability for travel and flexibility to work at various locations
