Job Summary
Design and implement enterprise storage solutions using NetApp technologies, including migrations, upgrades, and technology refreshes. Configure storage environments to ensure scalability, resilience, and performance while delivering replication, backup, and disaster recovery strategies. Collaborate with server, virtualization, and cloud teams to execute integrated infrastructure projects, participating in design workshops and maintaining comprehensive documentation. Ensure all deliverables comply with security and governance standards before supporting testing and transition activities. This project-focused role supports DXC Technology's major infrastructure programme within a secure environment, requiring eligibility for UK Government personnel security requirements.

- Proven experience delivering enterprise storage infrastructure projects
- Strong hands-on experience with NetApp storage technologies
- Experience designing and implementing enterprise-scale storage environments
- Strong understanding of storage networking and associated protocols
- Experience with storage migrations, upgrades, and technology refresh programmes
- Knowledge of virtualisation technologies, including VMware vSphere
- Experience with capacity planning, performance optimisation, and storage architecture best practices
- Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work effectively within project teams and engage with technical and non-technical stakeholders
