Answer phone inquiries from active and prospective customers, show storage units, and explain rental agreement terms while preparing contracts. Support the site manager with facility operations by performing general routine property cleanup, minor repair work, and ensuring vacant units are clean, dry, and secure. Assist customers using technology to dispatch and return equipment, and participate in ongoing continuous education through U-Haul University. This role offers on-the-job education and requires a driver's license with a clean driving record.
