Storage Customer Service Representative

Support the site manager with facility operations by answering phone inquiries, showing storage units, explaining rental terms, and preparing contracts. Perform general routine property cleanup and minor repair work to ensure all vacant units are clean, dry, secure, and available. Assist customers using up-to-date technology to dispatch and return equipment while participating in ongoing U-Haul education through U-Haul University. This role requires a driver's license, excellent communication skills, and availability for weekends and holidays. The position offers on-the-job education and includes a hiring bonus upon completion of the Equipment Inspection and Verification certification.
