Storage Customer Service Representative

Answer phone inquiries from active and prospective customers, show storage units, and explain rental terms to prepare contracts. Support the site manager with facility operations by performing routine property cleanup and minor repairs. Ensure all vacant units are clean, dry, secure, and available for new customers. Assist customers using up-to-date technology to dispatch and return equipment. Participate in ongoing continuous education through U-Haul University. This role offers on-the-job education and includes a $100 hiring bonus plus a $300 certification bonus.
