Job Summary
Call storage buy customers and manage the customer storage audit process. Obtain required customer information to manage storage buy orders, ensuring delivery within the 14-day window. Perform daily, weekly, and monthly storage buy audits to verify order and inventory accuracy, delivering orders in POS. Answer the telephone according to established guidelines and comply with safety standard operating procedures for lifting practices. Work in a warehouse environment with moderate to noisy levels, lifting up to 60 pounds occasionally. Full-time and part-time positions available with competitive base pay starting at $15.10 per hour.
Required Qualifications
- 1 year of retail sales experience
- Equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to perform the essential functions of the job
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work with all levels of store management and store associates
- Strong computer skills
- Internet project coordination experience
- Self-starter mindset
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to exert 30 – 60 pounds of force occasionally
- Ability to exert 20-30 pounds of force frequently
- Ability to exert greater than negligible up to 20 pounds of force constantly
- Ability to use hands and fingers to handle or feel
- Ability to stand
- Ability to walk
