Job Summary
Obtain required customer information to manage storage buy orders and deliver them within the 14-day window. Perform daily, weekly, and monthly storage buy audits to ensure order and inventory accuracy according to the Storage Buy Audit SOP. Answer the telephone per established guidelines and deliver orders in the POS while complying with safety standards for lifting and core values. This role requires 1 year of retail sales experience and strong communication skills. While performing duties, you will be frequently exposed to a warehouse environment with moving vehicles and moderate to noisy conditions.
Required Qualifications
- 1 year of retail sales experience
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work with all levels of store management and store associates
- Strong computer skills and internet project coordination experience
- Must be a self-starter and work well in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to exert 30 – 60 pounds of force occasionally, and or 20-30 pounds of force frequently, and/or greater than negligible up to 20 pounds of force constantly to lift, carry push, pull, or otherwise move objects
