Job Summary
Obtain required customer information to manage storage buy orders and deliver them within the 14-day window. Perform daily, weekly, and monthly storage buy audits to ensure order and inventory accuracy according to the SOP. Answer the telephone per established guidelines and deliver orders directly in the POS system. Lift and move objects up to 60 pounds occasionally while working in a warehouse environment with moderate to noisy conditions. Minimum of one year retail sales experience required.
Required Qualifications
- 1 year of retail sales experience
- Equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to perform the essential functions of the job
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work with all levels of store management and store associates
- Strong computer skills
- Internet project coordination experience
- Self-starter mindset
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to exert 30 – 60 pounds of force occasionally
- Ability to exert 20-30 pounds of force frequently
- Ability to exert greater than negligible up to 20 pounds of force constantly
- Ability to use hands and fingers to handle or feel
- Ability to stand
- Ability to walk
- Ability to reach with arms and hands
- Ability to climb or balance
- Ability to stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl
- Ability to lift, carry push, pull, or otherwise move objects
