Job Summary
Stop Loss Renewal Coordinator role focuses on managing the proactive renewal process for the Stop Loss book of business. Responsibilities include initiating renewals in the system, coordinating with the sales team to confirm broker contacts, requesting and reviewing census and disclosure data, tracking renewal progress with internal partners, processing renewals in internal systems, and delivering final documentation to broker partners to complete the renewal. The role requires excellent written and verbal communication, strong organization and time-management skills, accuracy, attention to detail, and ability to multitask to meet hard deadlines while collaborating across teams.

- Experience in the employee benefits /insurance industry experience preferred
