Job Summary
Transport food and beverage orders from the kitchen or bar to guests while double-checking for accuracy and presentation. Anticipate guest needs, answer menu questions, and address concerns promptly to exceed expectations. Maintain the pick-up station and dining areas by bussing, sanitizing tables, and ensuring proper stock levels. Collaborate with baristas, kitchen staff, and wine stewards to ensure smooth service flow. Adhere to all safety, sanitation, and health regulations regarding food handling. Work independently and as part of a team in a high-paced environment, standing and walking for up to eight hours while lifting up to 25 pounds.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to stand and walk for entire shift (up to 8 hours)
- Ability to squat, bend, and lift items as necessary (up to 25 pounds)
- Ability to work long hours during peak times, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Must have flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
