Job Summary
Provide prompt, professional customer service in a fast-paced outdoor stone yard; assist customers with product selection and direct them to materials; build and prepare customer orders, load customer vehicles and contractor trucks safely; unload incoming shipments, verify materials, and maintain organized inventory; operate forklifts or loaders after completing company-approved safety training; maintain a clean, safe yard and assist with signage, labeling, and seasonal yard preparation; must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and work outdoors in varying weather conditions while following safety policies.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Ability to frequently lift, carry, push, and pull materials up to 50 pounds or more
- Stand/walk/bend and perform physical labor
- Maintain positive attitude and team collaboration
- Follow all safety policies and procedures
- Prior forklift experience preferred; training and certification may be provided
