Stone - Support Technician Salt Lake City

As a Support Technician, install and support security systems, respond to routine and some non-routine service calls, perform preventative maintenance, diagnose and repair hardware/software issues for Milestone, LenelS2, and DMP, and collaborate with specialists on projects and ongoing service for customers. Strong troubleshooting, communication, and IT/ networking aptitude are required; physical ability to lift 35 lbs and use hand/power tools for hardware installation. On-site work with after-hours calls and preventive maintenance of installed security systems, including camera, access control, and related hardware.
