Job Summary
Drive sales budgets and deliver exceptional customer experiences by teaching and adhering to retail principles like People, Product, Price, and Presentation. Strategically merchandise inventory, maintain brand standards, and ensure store safety through loss prevention protocols. Analyze business reports including P&L and category performance to optimize pricing and stock levels while managing accurate inventory via point-of-sale systems. Supervise store associates by reviewing performance, training staff, and addressing disciplinary issues to maximize peak-hour coverage. Handle store-level human resources and loss prevention matters as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Three to five years retail management experience
- Proven ability to direct operations
- Ability to perform in a high volume, highly complex location
- Ability to demonstrate initiative and be a self-starter
- Demonstrated proficiency in recruiting, hiring, and training associates
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and analytical skills
- Ability to exercise independent discretion and judgment in managing a fast-paced environment adapting to change with a sense of urgency
- Demonstrated ability to increase the company's overall market share
- Must possess excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Ability to exert 30 – 60 pounds of force occasionally
- Ability to exert 20-30 pounds of force frequently
- Ability to exert greater than negligible up to 20 pounds of force constantly
- Ability to use hands and fingers to handle or feel
- Ability to stand
- Ability to walk
- Ability to reach with arms and hands

- Availability Saturday 8:00 AM - 7:00 PM
