Job Summary
Stone Center Manager responsible for increasing product sales within assigned store coverage, developing and maintaining strong customer relationships, and managing store operations and personnel. Leads and develops associates in customer service, order management, purchasing, warehouse duties, office administration, truck management, and system processes; recruits and hires staff; ensures compliance with safety and DOT policies; trains teams on lifting and safe operation of equipment; analyzes sales data, budgets, and margins to drive revenue and market penetration; negotiates with key customers, plans strategic initiatives, and aligns objectives with corporate goals. Requires strong interpersonal, analytical, and communication skills, proficiency in MS Word/Excel/PowerPoint, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deliverables in a sales-management environment.
Required Qualifications
- HS diploma and 5+ years relevant stone sales experience required
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field and 3+ years relevant sales/management experience in the stone business
