Job Summary
Manage opening and closing procedures for the Taproom, including register maintenance and securing the premises. Lead the team under management guidance, delegating tasks and coaching on duties, projects, and sales. Serve beer, brewed cocktails, and non-alcoholic drinks according to company standards while handling deposits and reservations. Act as a representative of management, addressing inquiries and concerns from Team Members, fans, and vendors. Maintain visual standards by stocking merchandise and beer inventory, ensuring Taproom cleanliness and sanitation while adhering to health and safety regulations. Organize and conduct brewery tours, including public speaking engagements. Deliver exceptional fan service to all stakeholders in every interaction.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- At least 2 years of supervisory or key holder experience, preferably in a beverage or retail environment
- At least 2 years of related experience and/or training, preferably in a beverage or retail environment
- Must have cash handling experience, preferably with a POS system
- Must possess effective public speaking skills
Desired Qualifications
- POS system experience is strongly preferred
- Cicerone Certified Beer Server or higher preferred
