Stockroom Supervisor

Oversee daily operations of an on-site customer stockroom, ensuring accurate receipt, storage, control, and distribution of materials while supervising Stockroom Associates and Leads. Manage inventory accuracy through physical counts, cycle audits, and system transactions, then drive replenishment by monitoring stock levels and submitting requests to designated supply locations. Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries regarding product availability and location, processing and fulfilling orders accurately and on time. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe environment by enforcing safety protocols, operating material handling equipment, and ensuring compliance with customer-specific requirements. Work within a fast-paced warehouse environment with standard operating hours, potential for early morning, evening, or weekend shifts based on customer demands.
