Job Summary
Deliver a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with all shoppers, accurately processing purchases and returns, and maintaining a clean, organized store environment. Adhere to operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards while supporting store shrink reduction goals and safety protocols. Cross-train to work in multiple store areas as needed and participate in store recovery initiatives throughout the day. Provide and accept constructive feedback, uphold merchandising philosophy, and promote credit and loyalty programs. This role supports the vibrant HomeGoods team at TJX Companies, a Fortune 100 off-price retailer known for its collaborative culture and diverse brands.
Required Qualifications
- Possesses excellent customer service skills
- Able to work a flexible schedule to support business needs
- Possesses strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail
- Capable of multi-tasking
