Job Summary
Stock and warehouse management including goods reception with documentation validation, incident detection and reporting, and daily organization of storage areas. Prepare merchandise for shop floor replenishment, transfers, and returns while conducting partial and full stock counts using PDA or Staff App. Identify stock discrepancies, support their analysis, and register operational incidents for controlled adjustments and returns. Maintain ongoing communication with the Store Manager and Retail Operations regarding deviations and compliance with operational procedures. This role supports the NUD PROJECT mission to inspire people to pursue their passion within our temporary pop-up in Fidenza Village.
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience in stock, warehouse or store operations
- Highly organized, methodical and consistent profile
- Comfortable working with clear, structured and repetitive processes
- Detail-oriented and data-driven
- Strong sense of responsibility and focus on doing things right from the start
- Calm, solution-oriented profile with low reliance on improvisation
- Basic handling of digital tools (PDA, internal apps, Excel / Google Sheets at user level)
- Ability to record information clearly and in a structured way
- Comfortable working with numbers, units and validation processes
