Job Summary
Stockroom Manager responsible for overseeing stock reception, organization, and control in a fashion retail store, leading the stockroom assistants, coordinating with the sales team, ensuring well-stocked shop floors, handling daily deliveries, organizing merchandise, planning stockroom deadlines, and analyzing performance indicators to improve stockroom efficiency. Collaborative duties include working with Visual Merchandiser and Store Management to prepare store changes, with emphasis on organized processes, meeting deadlines, and maintaining stock integrity. Requirements include prior stockroom leadership in fashion retail, ability to work under pressure, and eligibility to work in Belgium.
Required Qualifications
- Experience leading a stockroom team in fashion retail
- Stockroom management experience in retail environment
- Ability to organize and prioritize tasks under strict deadlines
- Eligible to work in Belgium
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Experience with stock replenishment, deliveries, and stock control
