Stockroom Lead

Job Summary
Leads the stockroom team during the 1st shift, overseeing receipt and inspection of incoming materials, real-time inventory updates, and training Stock Clerks on procedures including shipping, receiving, storing, labeling, shelf-life compliance, and handling per Dangerous Goods Regulations. Ensures timely reporting to relevant departments, monitors unserviceable parts, coordinates part transfers and shipping, documents turnover tasks, supports maintenance teams with parts, and completes reports such as Shelf Life Expiry and audit follow-ups; identifies areas for improvement and provides guidance; performs duties as directed by Materials Management; requires a high school diploma with aviation/inventory-management experience preferred and proficiency with Microsoft Office; must be authorized to work in the US.
Required Qualifications
- High school graduate
- Aviation experience preferred
- Microsoft Office experience including Excel, Outlook and Word
- Ability to read, write and understand English
- Proficient communication skills
