Stockroom Lead

Job Summary
Leads the stockroom team during the 1st shift, supervising daily receipt/inspection of incoming materials, real-time inventory updates, and stock replenishment. Trains Stock Clerks on shipping, receiving, storing, labeling, shelf-life compliance, and handling per Dangerous Goods Regulations (DGR); monitors unserviceable parts and reports to Repairs; ensures timely completion of transfer/shipping requests and proper turnover documentation; collaborates with Stores to supply parts for maintenance; ensures accurate Shelf Life Expiry and audit follow-up reports; reviews tasks for continuous improvement; performs additional duties as directed by Materials Management.
Required Qualifications
- High school graduate; some college and/or technical school desirable
- Aviation experience preferred w/ background in navigating and using Inventory Management databases
- Microsoft Office experience is required, including Excel, Outlook and Word
- Proficient communication skills is a must
