Job Summary
Read work orders and unload/load materials from pallets, trays, racks, and shelves using hand trucks, electric dollies, wheelbarrows, forklifts, or other devices. Move materials to designated work areas, tag and label items to maintain inventory compliance, and occasionally operate a forklift. Receive incoming shipments, inspect quality and quantity, document discrepancies, and fulfill internal requests for materials while coordinating with production teams. Maintain organized stockroom levels, conduct cycle counts, reconcile discrepancies, and input data into inventory management systems. Work a 10-hour shift or more in a non-climate controlled environment with moderate to loud noise, wearing required PPE including eye protection, hearing protection, gloves, and respirators.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to regularly Lift/Push/Pull weights of 50 lbs. without assistance
- Ability to climb in a safe manner
- Ability to work in a non-climate controlled environment
- Ability to lift and move heavy materials
- Employees must be able to work a 10-hour shift or more in one workday, including planned and unplanned overtime
- Exhibits ability to work cautiously but efficiently in potentially hazardous conditions

Desired Qualifications
- 1+ years related experience is preferred including prior forklift experience
- Proven experience in a stockroom or warehouse environment, preferably in a manufacturing setting is highly preferred
- Familiarity with inventory management systems and basic computer skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in recordkeeping
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Effective communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
