Job Summary
Assist customers with questions and recommendations while managing sales transactions and maintaining security of cash and company assets. Keep the store well-stocked by receiving merchandise, unloading trucks, and performing stock replenishment according to productivity standards. Maintain cleanliness throughout the store, including cleaning and restocking bathrooms, sweeping, mopping floors, and taking out trash. Ensure a positive, safe, and respectful environment while following operational documents and performing other duties as assigned. This part-time role is located at 9739 Potranco Road, San Antonio, Texas.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents
- Must be able to lift between 30 and 50 lbs. from floor to above shoulder height
- Must be able to meet demands of frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, and repetitive lifting
- Excellent customer service and relationship management skills
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
Desired Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous customer service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store environment
