Job Summary
Deliver exceptional customer service at checkout by greeting customers warmly, promoting the Insider Program, and processing returns, repairs, and damaged goods per company standards. Maintain accuracy in cash handling and media management while completing end-of-shift audits and keeping the cashwrap organized. Assist in training and mentoring cashiers to uphold service and operational excellence, ensuring compliance with all policies. This Cashier role requires a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and peak busy season hours. Familiarity with POS systems, mobile technology, and basic computer skills are essential, along with strong English language proficiency.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years in cashier or retail roles
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong English language proficiency
- Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet business needs—including nights, weekends, peak busy season, and high-traffic retail days (including, but not limited to, public holidays)
