Job Summary
Stockroom Associate II at Coach/Tapestry in Las Vegas supports the store’s operations from receiving and organizing shipments to restocking the sales floor and assisting customers. Responsibilities include welcoming clients, operating POS and cash wrap, processing orders and transfers, maintaining stockroom cleanliness, executing visual merchandising updates, handling cash with policy adherence, and supporting sales floor activities while upholding Loss Prevention standards. Requires 1+ retail experience, knowledge of fashion trends, basic computer and POS skills, attention to detail, multi-tasking ability, and strong customer service and communication skills. The role emphasizes brand ambassador duties both in-store and in the local market, with flexibility to meet business needs.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ of previous retail experience (cashier/stock experience, sales etc.)
- Possesses current knowledge of fashion trends and competition in the marketplace
- Knowledge of cash register systems, basic computer skills (including the ability to use iPad/laptop, Mobile POS and Internet)
- Utilize walkie talkie, understand and read price and product release sheets
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong English language proficiency (for EU)
