Job Summary
Conduct daily and monthly inventory and cycle counts, receiving, printing, picking, and packing factory store orders while assisting customers with product installation and on-site questions. Unpack deliveries, store items in orderly locations, and maintain accurate stock logs using the ERP system. Ensure compliance with safety regulations by cleaning supplies, tools, and storage areas, and provide feedback on service failures or customer concerns. Work a varied schedule including weekends, evenings, nights, and holidays, with overtime as business demands.
Required Qualifications
- 6 months of experience in warehouse or stockroom operations
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Be authorized to work in the United States
- Work a varied schedule consisting of day, evening, night, weekend, and holiday hours; work overtime as business demands
- Schedules will vary and will include one or both weekend days
