Job Summary
Stockroom Attendant at Mars Wrigley supporting maintenance and operations by managing stockroom activities to ensure part availability and cost efficiency. Responsibilities include inventory control, parts receiving and inspection, staging, proper storage, and performing stockroom tasks per SOPs. Prepares reports and data analysis in SAP; monitors KPI metrics (cycle counting, stockouts, and total inventory value); collaborates with Procurement and vendors; communicates effectively within the organization and with partners. Requires 12+ months in manufacturing, in-house training, and relevant certifications; 3rd shift availability; physical ability to lift and maneuver heavy items and work in a manufacturing environment. Proficiency with SAP Plant Mx, eMaint, Maximo, and Microsoft Office preferred.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- 12+ months of experience in a manufacturing environment
- In-house training required
- Completion of certification program may be required
- Ability to meet physical requirements (lifting, bending, standing)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
