Job Summary
Receive goods deliveries, check for completeness and damage, and document discrepancies. Ensure proper storage of goods by recording items in the warehouse system and assigning correct locations. Carry out regular stock checks and inventories to monitor levels, while managing bookings and maintaining accurate data for quantities and item numbers. Support the store floor team, provide excellent customer service, and assist customers in matching their buying needs. Resolve complaints promptly by investigating problems and recommending solutions to management. Maintain brand standards on visual display, cleanliness, and general housekeeping while following security policies for stock, records, and cash handling. Open and close the store as required, ensuring all timekeeping aligns with company procedures.
