Job Summary
Manage daily deliveries, inventory, and stock organization to ensure products are accessible for the sales team. Receive goods before store opening, store them correctly, and maintain tidy stock rooms and changing areas. Execute rolling stock-takes, resolve discrepancies, and prepare stock for new collections. Collaborate with the boutique floor to support sales during heavy traffic and organize buffer stocks. Track orders, manage transfers, and assist in sales preparation tasks like relabelling.
Required Qualifications
- Experience as Stock Assistant in the Retail sector preferably in Fashion or any other luxury brand
- Excellent attention to detail
- Computer proficient (Excel) and flair for figures
- Ability to multi-task projects in a dynamic, fast paced environment with shifting priorities
