Job Summary
Stocking & Wholesale Fulfillment Group Lead responsible for overseeing receiving, stocking, and wholesale fulfillment tasks at the King of Prussia FC. Leads daily operations including unloading, put-away, floor locator management, wave orders, replenishment, picking, packing, shipping, VAS, and inventory maintenance while ensuring safety and accuracy. Requires cross-training across Fulfillment Center departments, ability to drive a company truck, forklift/warehouse equipment experience, and the capacity to guide associates to meet deadlines during seasonal peaks. Role emphasizes leadership, adherence to safety guidelines, and collaboration with the Fulfillment leadership team; hours are 10:30am–7:00pm, full-time, hourly non-exempt, located in King of Prussia, PA.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years of relevant work experience in a distribution or materials handling environment is preferred
- Ability to independently move, stack, and load boxes weighing up to 50 lbs
- Prior forklift or similar machinery experience
- Valid driver’s license and ability to operate a 24-foot box truck
- Basic PC skills (Microsoft Excel, Word) and Manhattan system knowledge if applicable
