Job Summary
Stocking Specialists are responsible for stocking merchandise throughout the store, including the sales floor, cooler, back office, and freezer, ensuring that items are properly rotated and that code dates are checked. They keep the sales floor stocked with in-store merchandise, stock refrigerated items, prep and stock fresh food items, and organize and restock the back office area. This role may also involve maintaining a clean and safe store environment, including store equipment and monitoring product and refrigeration equipment temperatures.
Required Qualifications
- At least 16 years of age
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
- A strong work ethic
- The strength to lift up to 21 lbs.
