Job Summary
Stocking Specialists are responsible for stocking merchandise throughout the store including the sales floor, cooler, back office, and freezer. Key responsibilities include properly rotating stock and checking code dates, ensuring the sales floor is fully stocked, stocking beverages and refrigerated items in the cooler, preparing and stocking fresh food items, and organizing the back office area. This role may also involve helping maintain store cleanliness and monitoring refrigeration equipment temperatures.
Required Qualifications
- At least 16 years of age
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
- A strong work ethic
- The strength to lift up to 21 lbs.
