Job Summary
The Stocking Specialist is responsible for stocking and organizing merchandise throughout the store, including the sales floor, cooler, back office, and freezer. Key duties involve properly rotating stock, ensuring the sales floor is fully stocked, prepping and stocking fresh food, and managing stock in the back office to maintain an orderly environment. The role also includes maintaining a clean store and monitoring refrigeration equipment temperatures. The position is part-time, typically requiring 10-20 hours a week.
Required Qualifications
- At least 16 years of age
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
- A strong work ethic
- The strength to lift up to 21 lbs.
