Job Summary
Stocking, cashiering and customer-experience duties in a Michaels retail store: deliver friendly customer service, assist customers with locating products, provide a fast and friendly checkout experience with cash handling, and engage customers on rewards programs and credit card enrollments. Participate in truck unloading, stocking, planogram (POG) and merchandise recovery to maintain in-stock, well-merchandised stores; support omni-channel processes including Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS); cross-train in Custom Framing selling and production; follow SOPs and safety policies, assist with shrink and safety programs, and interact positively with customers and teammates. Regularly perform duties that may include frame shop activities, AD sets, and other duties as assigned; be available to work nights, weekends, and early mornings.
