Job Summary
Merchandiser duties include maximizing product inventory, processing freight, organizing and distributing inventory, building displays and end caps, placing signage, and supporting digital business operations by fulfilling orders and assisting with in-store and curbside pick-up and delivery services. Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers and informing them about products and services. Participate in wine, spirits, and beer training; maintain knowledge of advertisements, promotions, and loyalty programs. Ensure safety and cleanliness standards, follow alcohol sale laws, and adapt to flexible scheduling including evenings and weekends. Role may include loading and delivering orders, and cross-functional responsibilities as assigned. Internal title: Merchandiser; reports to store management. Location-based details: Greenwood, US.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- 1-3 years of experience, retail setting preferred
- Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software
- Ability to work flexible schedule including evenings and weekends
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Walk/stand for long periods; lift up to 50 lbs; climb ladders
- Deliveries may be required as essential function

- Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software
- Ability to work a flexible schedule as business requires, including evenings and weekends
