Job Summary
Maximize product inventory by processing freight, organizing stock, pulling merchandise, and building displays. Fulfill online orders and assist with in-store and curbside pick-up, including driving and making deliveries if assigned. Deliver exceptional service by greeting customers, engaging to build relationships, and informing them about products and promotions. Maintain safety and cleanliness standards while adhering to all alcohol sales laws and regulations. Participate in product training and complete cross-functional duties as assigned. This seasonal role requires a high school diploma, 1-3 years of retail experience, and the ability to work evenings and weekends. Physical demands include standing for 8-10 hours, lifting 50 lbs, and climbing ladders. Compensation ranges from $12.72 to $17.81 hourly.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Ability to walk, bend down repeatedly, and be on feet for 8-10 hours a day
- Ability to safely lift, load, and handle cases and pallets
- Ability to climb ladders and lift 50 lbs. overhead and repeatedly
- Ability to work a flexible schedule as business requires, including evenings and weekends
- Must be able to drive and make deliveries if assigned
Desired Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience
