Job Summary
Maximize product inventory by processing freight, organizing stock, pulling merchandise, and building displays. Fulfill online orders and assist with in-store and curbside pick-ups, including driving deliveries if assigned. Deliver exceptional service through customer greetings, relationship building, and product knowledge gained via wine, spirits, and beer training. Maintain safety and cleanliness standards while adhering to alcohol sales laws. Work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends, lifting 50 lbs overhead and standing 8-10 hours daily.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Ability to walk, bend down repeatedly, and be on feet for 8-10 hours a day
- Ability to safely lift, load, and handle cases and pallets
- Ability to climb ladders and lift 50 lbs. overhead and repeatedly
- Ability to work a flexible schedule as business requires, including evenings and weekends
- Must be able to drive and make deliveries if assigned
Desired Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience
- 1+ years of experience in a retail setting
- Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software
