Job Summary
Maximize product inventory by processing freight, organizing stock, pulling merchandise, building displays, and placing signage. Support digital operations by fulfilling orders and assisting with in-store and curbside pick-up and delivery services, including driving and making deliveries if assigned. Deliver exceptional service by greeting customers, engaging to build relationships, and informing them about products and services. Participate in wine, spirits, and beer training to build product knowledge while maintaining safety and cleanliness standards across the store. Ensure adherence to all applicable laws and regulations related to the sale of alcohol and maintain a safe and compliant store environment. Complete cross-functional responsibilities and other duties as assigned. Work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends. High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Ability to walk, bend down repeatedly, and be on feet for 8-10 hours a day
- Ability to safely lift, load, and handle cases and pallets
- Ability to climb ladders and lift 50 lbs. overhead and repeatedly
- Ability to work a flexible schedule as business requires, including evenings and weekends
- Must be able to drive and make deliveries if assigned
Desired Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience
- 1+ years of experience in a retail setting
- Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software
